We'll analyse your situation, I'll suggest what to improve first, or sketch out how the services around your website should connect (website, booking, payments, email marketing). The decision stays with you and you leave with a plan. **A consultation is not** hands-on work with access to your website. A blank page instead of a website, a hacked site or a broken form need quiet focused work, not a call where I'd be digging through FTP or the database. Likewise, I don't build automations during a consultation (e.g. in n8n), but I'll advise you on how to design them and what they require. You'll find the link in the confirmation email. During the consultation I focus on **practicality** and we go** at your pace**. **After the consultation** I'll send you a summary by email. If something needs showing, I'll record a short how-to video. **Support**: after the consultation you can send me **2 follow-up emails** on the topic we discussed. Bigger questions we'll tackle in another consultation. ## Frequently asked questions I don't know which topic is mine. What now? No problem, topics often overlap. Write me a few sentences about what you're dealing with and we'll take a look. Two related topics fit well into one consultation, such as website and email marketing. With two unrelated ones (say, nomadism and a website) we'd only scratch the surface, so we'd rather split them into several sessions. Something broke on my website. Is a consultation the right choice? No. A consultation is about strategy and recommendations. A broken, hacked or slow website needs time and quiet focused work. I handle those as part of [website maintenance](https://tomas-shejbal.cz/en/wordpress-maintenance/) or [website optimisation](https://tomas-shejbal.cz/en/wordpress-website-optimisation/). Can you help with email tools other than MailerLite? Yes. I'm [certified](https://academy.mailerlite.com/certificates/vfg96zadkx) for MailerLite, but the legislation and general principles (deliverability, SPF, DKIM, DMARC) are the same for Ecomail, Forendors or Substack. Is the consultation legal advice? No. For websites, e-shops and email marketing I'll explain the basics (terms and conditions, GDPR, cookies, EU withdrawal button rules) and show you good practice, but I can only give you, say, public terms and conditions as a template and will recommend consulting a lawyer. I'm not a lawyer. Is one consultation enough? Often, yes. If your topic grows, we'll arrange another one. You choose the date. What if the date doesn't work for me? You can reschedule up to 24 hours before the consultation starts via the link in the confirmation email. With less than 24 hours' notice the consultation is forfeited( the booking blocks my time and I've already prepared the topic). Will I get anything in writing? Yes.
