The link to the consultation will be sent to you in the confirmation email.
During coaching, I emphasize practicality, but at your pace.
After digital coaching, you'll receive a summary of the consultation points in a shared document. When needed, I'll also create a short instructional video.
You can reach out to me (by email) with small questions even after the coaching session ends.
